If you have forgotten your password or need to set a new one, you can reset it from the sign-in page.
On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?.
Enter your email address and submit.
If an account exists for that email, RolloutIQ sends a password reset link to your inbox. Open it and set a new password.
Return to the sign-in page and sign in with your new password.
The reset link is single-use and expires, so request a fresh one if it stops working.
If your team signs in with single sign-on (Google, Microsoft, or Okta), you do not have a separate RolloutIQ password. Reset it with that provider instead, then use the Sign in with provider button.
Check your spam or junk folder.
Confirm you used the email your account is registered under.
Wait a few minutes and request the link again.
If it still does not arrive, contact support.
