Every RolloutIQ workspace has its own sign-in page at its own web address. Depending on how your workspace is set up, you sign in with an email and password, with single sign-on through your company's identity provider, or with both side by side. This article explains each method and how password reset works.
Open your workspace sign-in page. This is your workspace address followed by the login path.
Enter your details. Type your email address and password.
Stay signed in if you want. Tick Remember me on a trusted device to keep your session active longer.
Select Sign in. You land on your dashboard.
If your workspace has single sign-on enabled, you sign in through the identity provider your company already uses, such as Google, Microsoft, or Okta. Only the providers your workspace has configured appear on the sign-in page.
Choose your provider. Select the button for your provider, for example Continue with Microsoft or Continue with Google.
Authenticate with the provider. Sign in on the provider's own page. If you are already signed in there, you return to RolloutIQ automatically.
First-time setup is automatic. The first time you use single sign-on, RolloutIQ creates your account from the name, email, and picture your provider supplies. Your role follows the mapping your administrator configured.
Select Forgot password on the sign-in page.
Enter your email and submit. If an account exists, a reset link is emailed to you. The link is time-limited and can be used once.
Open the link and choose a new password. You are signed in once the new password is set.
Open your account and go to the Security section to update the password you use to sign in.
Single sign-on users do not have a RolloutIQ password. Your credentials live with your identity provider, so RolloutIQ does not show a password change option and password reset is not available here. To change your password, use your provider's account settings. This also means your company can control access centrally: when your identity provider account is disabled, future sign-ins to RolloutIQ are blocked.
